Monas, "Will You Come here, Anas?"

Have you ever imagine if someone hang over the Monas (Monument National of Indonesia) ? Roughly, what kind of people would hang on the Monas? Well, if we go to flashback, someone had said “if I am proven corruption although just one rupiah ,then I’d be willing to hang myself over the Monas !” Do you remember? Who is this? Yes, he is Anas Urbaningrum, a politician, a chairman of the party, and intelligent and critical person. He had been named as suspect in a corruption by KPK (The Corruption Eradication Commission ) ongoing investigation into the graft-laden Hambalang Sports Centre Project.

I am very supportive the KPK over the years. Although until now the case of Hambalang still have not found a bright spot, but I'm pretty sure that the KPK will soon solve this complicated case. About Anas speech if we take from the principles of communication, everyone speaks have the purpose. And that's the difference between speaking and communicating. He (Anas) is not only speaking but he is also communicating. Speech ".. willing to hang myself over the Monas " has broad meaning. The word "hang" had a large enough force to convince the public that he is not guilty of corruption charges. But after KPK set Anas as a suspect, the expected communication as a positive force instead become a negative force, in other words “backfire” or “your tiger mouth”.

I believe because the KPK has found plenty of evidences. For one example, he (Anas) had been charged with receiving a bribe over allegations that he used graft funds to purchase a Toyota Harier SUV. Anas reportedly accepted money to ensure the contract for the construction of the Hamabalang in Bogor, West Java, was awarded to Adhi Karya and Wijaya Karya. I believe, KPK will not be possible to act recklessly. KPK has worked professionally for many years in dealing with corruption cases. It can’t be denied a lot of obstacles so that the attainment of the word "law" is difficult in charge because the people as a suspect by the KPK always have arguments which sometimes make longer inquiry.

The last, there is one thing that makes me wonder, why are so many people who support Anas innocent? Especially, those who are a politician ties with Anas. Of course this will hinder the KPK. We should not be judge anything about Anas innocent. We don’t know anything until KPK declared "free" or "guilty" to Anas. Let KPK handle this issue without political interference from any party. It is not funny if someone supports Anas that he didn’t corruption, well, if ever Anas indeed being guilty, how they respond this? This could be a new suspicions and accusations for them, isn’t it?

By examining the simple words “if I am proven corruption although just one rupiah ,then I’d be willing to hang myself over the Monas !” need to be careful and observant in choosing words to communicate. One word can have so much “power” to make an impact, these are positive impact or negative impact. We as citizens who are devout enough to watch without any judgment. Let this issue be addressed by the authorized. In order to create a corruption-free country, of course back to the individual. Although our country is a democracy, the state based of the law which made by human, we still have to interfere with religious law. Not because the government is not firm, not because of those who stole public funds which adverse state are crazy, and not because the law is useless. It is about faith. They have a weak faith. This is the reason why the country is ill for decades. Religion has never applied with the law.

Monas,"Akankah Anda kemari, Anas?"

Pernahkah Anda membayangkan seseorang yang tergantung di atas Monas (Monumen Nasional Indonesia)? Kira-kira, seperti apa orang akan digantung di Monas? Nah, jika kita pergi ke kilas balik, seseorang telah mengatakan "jika saya terbukti korupsi, maka saya akan bersedia untuk menggantung diri di atas Monas!" Terdengar sangat mengerikan, ya. Apakah Anda ingat? Siapa ini? Ya, Dia adalah Anas Urbaningrum, seorang politikus, seorang ketua partai,seorang yang cerdas dan kritis. Dia telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka korupsi oleh KPK (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) investigasi yang sedang berlangsung ke dalam Proyek Pusat Olahraga Hambalang.

Saya sangat mendukung KPK selama bertahun-tahun. Meskipun sampai saat ini kasus Hambalang masih belum menemukan titik terang, tapi saya cukup yakin bahwa KPK akan segera memecahkan kasus yang rumit ini. Dalam prinsip komunikasi, semua orang berbicara memiliki tujuan. Dan itulah perbedaan antara berbicara dan berkomunikasi. Dia (Anas) tidak hanya berbicara tetapi ia juga berkomunikasi. Tutur kata ".. mau gantung diri di atas Monas" memiliki makna yang luas. Kata "menggantung" memiliki kekuatan yang cukup besar untuk meyakinkan publik bahwa ia tidak bersalah dari tuduhan korupsi. Tapi setelah KPK menetapkan Anas sebagai tersangka, komunikasi yang tadinya diharapkan sebagai kekuatan positif malah menjadi kekuatan negatif, dengan kata lain "boomerang” ( senjata makan tuan) atau "mulut mu harimau mu".

Saya percaya karena KPK telah menemukan banyak bukti. Sebagai salah satu contoh, Dia telah didakwa menerima suap atas tuduhan bahwa ia menggunakan dana gratifikasi untuk membeli Toyota Harier SUV. Anas dilaporkan menerima uang untuk memastikan kontrak untuk pembangunan hamabalang di Bogor, Jawa Barat, yang diberikan kepada Adhi Karya dan Wijaya Karya. Saya percaya, KPK tidak mungkin bertindak ceroboh. KPK telah bekerja secara profesional selama bertahun-tahun dalam menangani kasus korupsi. Hal ini tidak dapat dipungkiri sangat banyak kendala sehingga pencapaian kata "hukum"  sangat sulit karena orang-orang sebagai tersangka oleh KPK selalu memiliki argumen yang kadang-kadang membuat penyelidikan lebih lama lagi.

Yang terakhir, ada satu hal yang membuat saya bertanya-tanya, mengapa begitu banyak orang yang mendukung Anas tidak bersalah? Terutama mereka yang merupakan hubungan politik. Tentu saja hal ini akan menghambat KPK. Kita tidak boleh menghakimi apa-apa tentang Anas yang tidak bersalah. Kita tidak tahu apa-apa sampai KPK menyatakan "bebas" atau "bersalah" untuk Anas. Biarkan KPK menangani masalah ini tanpa campur tangan politik dari pihak manapun. Ini tidak lucu jika seseorang mendukung anas tidak korupsi, jika Anas memang bersalah bagaimana?. Ini bisa menjadi kecurigaan baru dan tuduhan bagi mereka, benar bukan?

Dengan menelaah kata yang sederhana ini "Jika saya bersalah, gantung saya di atas monas" Perlu kehati-hatian dan kejelian dalam memilih kata dalam berkomunikasi. Satu kata saja dapat memiliki kekuatan yang begitu besar untuk memberikan sebuah dampak, yaitu dampak positif atau dampak negatif. kita sebagai warga negara yang patuh cukup menonton tanpa menghakimi apapun. Biarkan masalah ini ditangani oleh pihak-pihak yang berurusan. Agar terciptanya sebuah negara yang bebas korupsi tentu saja kembali kepada masing-masing individu. Walaupun negara kita adalah negara demokrasi, negara hukum yang dibuat oleh manusia, kita tetap harus mencampuri hukum dengan agama. Bukan karena salah pemerintah tidak tegas, bukan karena orang-orang yang mencuri dana publik yang merugikan negara itu gila.Bukan juga karena hukum ini tidak berguna. Ini adalah tentang iman. Ini adalah tentang iman yang lemah. Inilah alasan mengapa negara ini sakit selama puluhan tahun, yaitu agama tidak pernah diterapkan pada hukum.
